Pyrinate 25mg/50mg Tablet helps treat this sensation effectively. If you feel dizzy while getting up from the bed, sit for a while and then rise slowly to avoid having an accidental fall. In Motion sickness Motion sickness is a condition caused due to motion during travel. You may experience spinning sensation (vertigo), nausea or vomiting as a result of this condition. Pyrinate 25mg/50mg Tablet helps treat these symptoms effectively. Take it as prescribed by the doctor to get maximum benefit.

Meclizine is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine), thereby controlling nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is a form of vitamin B which possesses anti-nausea properties.

Pregnancy

Driving

Not Safe: Pyrinate 25mg/50mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Pyrinate 25mg/50mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pyrinate 25mg/50mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Do not take Pyrinate 25mg/50mg Tablet with other sedating medications such as those for cough and cold as the combination could worsen dizziness leading to falls or other accidents. Do not take Pyrinate 25mg/50mg Tablet while breastfeeding.
