How it works
How Productiv-M Tablet works Productiv-M Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Clomiphene, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Zinc and Coenzyme Q10 which treat female infertility. Clomiphene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) corrects the increased levels of prolactin (a hormone) in the blood which causes infertility. Zinc provides essential nutrients. Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility.
