Potassium is an essential nutrient of the body which helps in the maintenance of good health. Potride Tablet is best taken with food. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Take it regularly and at the same time each day for maximum benefits. Continue taking the medicine until the doctor tells you it is okay to stop. Potride Tablet is used to prevent or treat low blood levels of potassium (hypokalemia). May cause gastrointestinal irritation if administered undiluted. Increased dilution of the solution and taking with meals may reduce gastrointestinal irritation. You may need to get your blood test done while you are taking Potride Tablet to monitor the level of potassium in your body. Inform your doctor if you have a history of kidney disease, heart problems, high blood pressure, severe dehydration, or diarrhea for a long time. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
