How Posinorm-M Tablet SR works Posinorm-M Tablet SR is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines:.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Posinorm-M Tablet SR as it is deemed unsafe.
Posinorm-M Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Posinorm-M Tablet SR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Your ability to drive may be affected if your blood sugar is too low or too high. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Posinorm-M Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Posinorm-M Tablet SR may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Posinorm-M Tablet SR is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
Posinorm-M Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Posinorm-M Tablet SR may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Posinorm-M Tablet SR is generally started with low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease and its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
If a dose of Posinorm-M Tablet SR is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
