Use it in the dose and duration as directed by your doctor. You should not use more quantity or more often than prescribed by your doctor. Avoid putting dentures back in the mouth for half an hour after applying the gel in your mouth. Use a soft toothbrush after consulting your dentist. Avoid spicy foods, acidic fruit drinks, and very salty foods (such as crisps) which can make the pain and sting worse. Do not smoke while using Orasep-LA Gel as it might cause some side effects. Consult your doctor if your pain does not improve after using this medication for 7-14 days, or if your symptoms get worse.
