How Metanac PG Tablet SR works Metanac PG 200mg/75mg Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Pregabalin which relieve pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Metanac PG 200mg/75mg Tablet SR as it is deemed unsafe.
Metanac PG 200mg/75mg Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.
