In Treatment of Neuropathic pain Dubinac-SR Tablet is used to treat neuropathic or nerve pain. This means it helps in reducing sensations such as burning, throbbing, sharp, numbness, pins and needles pain in arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, or toes. This helps improve your sleep, mood and reduces tiredness that can be caused by the pain. Along with taking Dubinac-SR Tablet, other treatments like physical therapy, accupuncture, massage or relaxation therapy can help you get relief from neuropathic pain. Consult your doctor who can advise you on this.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dubinac-SR Tablet is to be taken with food.
Dubinac-SR Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Pregabalin which relieve pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Dubinac-SR Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Not Safe: Dubinac-SR Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Caution Advised: Dubinac-SR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dubinac-SR Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Dubinac-SR Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Dubinac-SR Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Dubinac-SR Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
