How Mefryl P Tablet works Mefryl P 80mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Drotaverine and Paracetamol, which relieves abdominal pain. Drotaverine is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves spasms associated with smooth muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer).
