Magnate P Paediatric Suspension contains three active medicines: Dicyclomine, Magaldrate, and Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that works by relaxing the muscles in your child?s stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) which further helps relieve cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Magaldrate is an alkaline salt that neutralizes the excess acid present in the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine that helps in the breakdown of gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

Kidney

Give the missed dose when you remember unless the doctor says otherwise. If it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Never give two doses at once, and stick to the dosing plan your doctor provided.
