Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet is a combination of two antiviral medicines: Ledipasvir and Sofosbuvir. They work by lowering the amount of hepatitis C virus in the body and removing the virus from the blood over a period of time.

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Not Safe: Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet, when taken together with other medicines for the treatment of hepatitis c infection, may produce dizziness, blurred vision and this may affect your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Limited information is available on use of Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet is recommended.
If a dose of Ledviclear 90mg/400mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
