In Treatment of Bacterial infections Injayclav 625 Tablet contains two different medicines, Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid, that work together to kill the bacteria that cause infections. Amoxycillin works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Clavulanic Acid reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria. This combination medicine can be used to treat many different bacterial infections such as ear, sinus, throat, lung, urinary tract, skin, teeth, joints, and bones. It usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

How it works
Injayclav 625 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid. Amoxycillin is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria.

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Injayclav 625 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Injayclav 625 Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Not Safe: Injayclav 625 Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Injayclav 625 Tablet may cause side effects such as allergic reactions, dizziness or fits that may make you unfit to drive.
Caution Advised: Injayclav 625 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Injayclav 625 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of this medicine is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Injayclav 625 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
