Arthralgia (joint pain)

In Arthralgia (joint pain) Arthralgia is a condition with pain and stiffness in the joints that causes difficulty in movement. Hilin-Ace Tablet helps in reducing this pain and stiffness. It also reduces swelling in the joints. Altogether, it helps in easy movement. Hilin-Ace Tablet if taken at the start of symptoms of arthralgia might prevent further damage of the joints. This will help you do your daily activities more easily and thus improve your quality of life. Hilin-Ace Tablet should be taken at the same time each day to get maximum benefits. You should continue taking it until your doctor asks you to stop.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Hilin-Ace Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Diacerein which relieve muscle and joint pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Diacerein is a proteoglycan synthesis stimulator which blocks the chemicals that cause inflammation and pain and helps in the building of cartilage (the soft connective tissue in the bones near the joints) in the body.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Hilin-Ace Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Hilin-Ace Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Information regarding the use of Hilin-Ace Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.

Driving

Not Safe: Hilin-Ace Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Hilin-Ace Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Hilin-Ace Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Not Safe: Hilin-Ace Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Hilin-Ace Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Hilin-Ace Tablet is used for the treatment of arthralgia or joint pain. It should be taken with food or as directed by the doctor. It may take several weeks to see treatment benefits. Keep taking the medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking Hilin-Ace Tablet as it can increase your risk of stomach problems. Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function, blood sugar level and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment. Do not stop taking medicine without talking to your doctor first.
