In Fungal infections Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet works by killing and stopping the growth of fungus that is causing the infection. It helps treat infections of the skin, nails, hair, or scalp. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Make sure you complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Not Safe: Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Not Safe: Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised. Regular monitoring of kidney function test may be advised while you are taking this medicine.
Caution Advised: Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Grisoral OD 375mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. Regular monitoring of liver function test may be advised while the patient is taking this medicine.
