Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Metformin is a biguanide which decreases the production and absorption of sugar in your body and allows better use of existing insulin.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Glutorva 10 mg/1000 mg Tablet SR as it is deemed unsafe.
Not Safe: Glutorva 10 mg/1000 mg Tablet SR is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Glutorva 10 mg/1000 mg Tablet SR is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Caution Advised: Your ability to drive may be affected if your blood sugar is too low or too high. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Glutorva 10 mg/1000 mg Tablet SR is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
