How Glocarbazin Tablet works Procarbazine belongs to a group of medicines called antineoplastic alkylating agents. It works by inhibiting protein, RNA, and DNA synthesis, which helps to stop the growth of cancer cells in the body..
Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Glocarbazin 50mg Tablet , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.
Glocarbazin 50mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Glocarbazin 50mg Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
