Gero Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two medicines: Gentamicin and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricant similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye.
