In Neuropathic pain Gabazest Tablet is a combination of medicines used to treat long-lasting (chronic) pain caused by nerve damage due to diabetes, shingles or spinal cord injury. It reduces pain and its associated symptoms such as mood changes, sleep problems, and tiredness. Gabapentin, an active ingredient of this medicine, is thought to work by interfering with pain signals that travel through the damaged nerves and the brain. It also contains nutritional supplements that improve nerve conduction.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gabazest Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Gabazest Tablet is a combination of four medicines. Gabapentin is an antiepileptic medication. It acts on the voltage?dependent calcium ion channels of the nerve cells. As a result, it may help to prevent a series of events that may trigger nerve pain. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are vitamins and they restore the level of vitamins in the body thereby helping in strengthening the nervous system. Alpha Lipoic Acid acts as a potent antioxidant (a substance that protects against cell damage) by neutralizing the free radicals (waste products formed in the body during energy production) such as reactive oxygen and nitrogen species. Further, it initiates natural antioxidant processes in the body. It also maintains the levels of Vitamin E and Vitamin C in the body. This is how it works to treat neuropathic pain (pain in the nerves).
