It works by stopping the growth of the bacteria. Fixican-CV 200mg/125mg Tablet DT is a combination of two medicines: Cefixime and Potassium Clavulanate. Cefixime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria.
