Fesobig 4mg Tablet Er 10s is an antimuscarinic (anticholinergic) medication used to treat overactive bladder. It helps reduce symptoms of urinary frequency, urgency, and urge incontinence (leaking urine). This medicine works by relaxing the smooth muscle in the wall of the urinary bladder, increasing the amount of urine your bladder can hold and reducing sudden, involuntary bladder contractions.
Fesobig 4mg Tablet Er 10s is used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB), including urinary urgency, frequency, and urinary incontinence in adults. It belongs to a group of medicines called antimuscarinic agents, which affect bladder muscle function.

Fesoterodine is a prodrug that is quickly broken down by the body into its active form. This active compound blocks specific acetylcholine receptors (muscarinic receptors) located on the bladder muscle. By blocking these receptors, the drug prevents the bladder from contracting prematurely or inappropriately, effectively increasing bladder capacity and reducing the urgent need to urinate.
Alcohol can increase the side effects of drowsiness and dizziness.
Use only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus.
It is not known whether fesoterodine is excreted in human milk.
