Epilepsy/Seizures
In Epilepsy/Seizures Feb Czr 2.5mg Suppository slows down electrical signals in the brain which cause seizures (fits). It can also help reduce symptoms such as confusion, uncontrollable jerking movements, loss of awareness, and fear or anxiety. The medicine can allow you to do some activities that you would otherwise be forbidden or scared to do (such as swimming and driving). It can take a few weeks for this medicine to work (because the dose has to be increased slowly) and during this time you may still have seizures. It is inserted into the rectum by a doctor or nurse. Follow your doctor?s instructions carefully.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Remove the wrapper from the suppository before inserting it. Keep lying down for about 15 minutes after insertion so that the suppository does not come out before it melts.
Feb Czr 2.5mg Suppository is a benzodiazepine (BZD). It is absorbed rapidly into the bloodstream from the rich blood supply of the rectal area. Once absorbed, it quickly increases the action of GABA, a chemical messenger. This action suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain, thereby controlling seizures.
