In Menopausal symptoms Evolon Cream is a female hormone, identical to a hormone that your body makes naturally called estrogen. When you have too little of this hormone (after menopause), the vaginal wall can become thin and dry. This can make sexual intercourse painful and you may get vaginal infections. Estriol will help relieve vaginal dryness, inflammation, and itching that may occur after menopause. It may take a few weeks before you notice an improvement so keep using the medicine even if you think it is not working to get the full benefits. It has very few side effects and will also make you less likely to have vaginal or urinary infections.
