How to use Enafex M Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Enafex M Tablet works Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger called leukotriene. This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and improves symptoms. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of another chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
If a dose of Enafex M 10mg/120mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
