How to use

How it works
Elram Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ramipril and losartan which lower blood pressure effectively. Ramipril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor and losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Elram Forte Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Elram Forte Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Elram Forte Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Not Safe: Elram Forte Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Caution Advised: Elram Forte Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Elram Forte Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment.
