Pain relief

In Pain relief Dypsin-P Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondolytis. It also helps to manage short term symptoms such as muscle and back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat if taken when the first sign of pain occurs. It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain and swelling. Dypsin-P Tablet also reduces fever associated with various painful conditions within 1-2 hour of taking a dose.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Heartburn, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, Diarrhea']

Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dypsin-P Tablet is to be taken with food.

Dypsin-P Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Trypsin Chymotrypsin, which relieves pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Trypsin Chymotrypsin is a combination of enzymes which break down proteins into smaller fragments, thereby making them available for absorption into the blood. Once absorbed, they increase blood supply in the affected area and reduce swelling.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Dypsin-P Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Dypsin-P Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Information regarding the use of Dypsin-P Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.

Driving

Not Safe: Dypsin-P Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Dypsin-P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dypsin-P Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Dypsin-P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

Caution Advised: Dypsin-P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dypsin-P Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Dypsin-P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Dypsin-P Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

You have been prescribed this combination medicine for relieving pain and inflammation. Take it with food to avoid getting an upset stomach. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Don't drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Dypsin-P Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage. Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.
