Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Tramadol, which relieves severe pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.

Driving

Not Safe: Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Dualpain 75mg/50mg Tablet is used to treat various painful conditions. It should be taken with, or straight after, a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Keep sipping water or have sugar-free gum in order to relieve dryness in the mouth. You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you. Inform your doctor if you have a history of depression or taking any anti-depressants. Seek medical attention right away if you have symptoms, such as agitation, hallucinations,� sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, or loss of coordination.
