Colicky pain

In Colicky pain Domaspas Tablet gives relief from the symptoms of colicky pain such as stomach cramp, bloating and discomfort. It works best if they are used when the first signs of pain occur. This medicine works by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. Take this medicine before meals and at bedtime or as directed by your doctor.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. This is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Dicyclomine. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain.

If a dose of Domaspas Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Domaspas Tablet is used to give relief from abdominal cramps and pain. It is best to take it when the first sign of pain occurs. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking this medicine. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Drink plenty of water along with this medicine in order to avoid constipation.
