In Prevention of Blood clots Dindevan 50mg Tablet blocks a substance in the body which is involved in blood clotting. Although it does not ?dissolve? blood clots, it can prevent them from getting bigger so your body can dissolve them over time. It will also prevent new ones from forming. It keeps your blood flowing freely around your body and makes it less likely that a clot will form inside a blood vessel. This can help prevent or reduce damage caused by stroke, clots in your lungs (pulmonary embolism) or other blood vessels (thrombosis). It can also make it less likely that parts of a clot will break off and travel to other parts of the body. You should take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes to help this medicine be effective.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dindevan 50mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time. Avoid Dindevan 50mg Tablet with Vitamin K rich food such as spinach, collards, broccoli, spring onions, cucumber and dried basil.
Dindevan 50mg Tablet is an oral anticoagulant. It acts by preventing the formation of harmful blood clots. Although it does not dissolve the existing blood clots, it inhibits them from growing larger and causing serious problems.
Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Dindevan 50mg Tablet , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.
Not Safe: Dindevan 50mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Not Safe: Dindevan 50mg Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
SAFE - Dindevan 50mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Dindevan 50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dindevan 50mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Dindevan 50mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: There is limited information available on the use of Dindevan 50mg Tablet in patients with liver disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
If you forget a dose of Dindevan 50mg Tablet , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.
