It is commonly given to children to treat a wide range of bacterial infections, including infections of the eyes, middle ear, nose, throat, lungs, skin, bone and joints, gastrointestinal tract, and urinary tract. This medicine inhibits the growth of infection-causing bacteria by stopping them from multiplying. Children usually start showing improvement within 3 to 5 days of the regular dosing. You must continue giving the medicine even after seeing this improvement because stopping the medicine abruptly may worsen your child?s condition or cause infection recurrence.

Liver

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Deaxime-LB 100mg Tablet DT is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Deaxime-LB 100mg Tablet DT is recommended. However, consult with your child€™s doctor before giving this medicine to your child in case of a severe form of liver disease.
