It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, muscle strains, sprains, and sports-related injuries to facilitate faster recovery and restoration of movement.

D Flam Mr Tablet 10s is prescribed for managing conditions where skeletal muscle spasms and inflammatory pain occur together. By combining three active ingredients with distinct yet complementary mechanisms, it addresses musculoskeletal distress at multiple levels.

Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that works primarily at the level of the spinal cord and subcortical areas of the brain to inhibit multi-synaptic reflex arcs responsible for causing and maintaining muscle spasms. • Blood Thinners: (e.g., Warfarin) Increases the risk of internal bleeding.

• Other NSAIDs: (e.g., Ibuprofen, Naproxen) Increases the risk of stomach and kidney side effects.

• Diuretics: Diclofenac may reduce the effectiveness of water pills and increase kidney strain.

• Anticonvulsants: Certain seizure medications may increase the risk of liver toxicity when taken with Paracetamol.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
