In Cough Cromocet-DZ Syrup Mango gives relief from cough due to allergy by loosening thick mucus and making it easier to cough it out. This reduces the frequency of coughing and makes you feel better. It also reduces substances that cause allergy and thus relieves symptoms like watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose and throat irritation. Along with medications, drink enough lukewarm water and gargle with warm salt water to ease the symptoms.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Cromocet-DZ Syrup Mango is a combination of five medicines: Cetirizine, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Menthol, Ammonium Chloride and Zinc Gluconate. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which reduces cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine). Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Menthol produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Ammonium Chloride is an expectorant which helps remove mucus (phlegm) from the airways. Zinc Gluconate releases zinc ions into the throat. These ions prevent the cold virus from reproducing due to which the virus dies off faster and the cold ends sooner.

If a dose of Cromocet-DZ Syrup Mango 100 Syrup is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
