In Treatment of Syndromic treatment of vaginal discharge : Vaginal infections can lead to symptoms such as an increase in the quantity of vaginal discharge or a change in color. It can also cause a foul smell, itching, or irritation in the vagina. These symptoms can be embarrassing as well as bothersome. Cloclinda-VT Tablet helps in effectively managing these symptoms by killing the organisms responsible for causing an infection of the vagina. Besides using Cloclinda-VT Tablet, always maintain good personal hygiene to avoid any vaginal infection.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cloclinda-VT Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Cloclinda-VT Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Clindamycin, Metronidazole, Clotrimazole and Lactobacillus Sporogenes which treat vaginal infections. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Metronidazole is also an antibiotic which kills other infectious microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their protective covering. Lactobacillus Sporogenes is a live micro-organism which maintains the vaginal tract in a healthy condition by producing anti-infectious substances.
Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Cloclinda-VT Tablet , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.

Caution Advised: Cloclinda-VT Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body. If a single dose of Cloclinda-VT Tablet is used, it is recommended to hold breastfeeding for 12-24 hours to allow the removal of the drug.
Not Safe: Cloclinda-VT Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Cloclinda-VT Tablet may make you feel sleepy, dizzy, confused. You may have hallucinations, fits (convulsions) or temporary eyesight problems (such as blurred or double vision) affecting your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Cloclinda-VT Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cloclinda-VT Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
