Clenorush Oral Gel is a combination of four medicines: Clotrimazole, Choline Salicylate, Tannic Acid and Cetrimide. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Choline Salicylate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tannic Acid is an astringent. It forms a protective layer on the gums while exerting antiviral and antibacterial effects. Cetrimide is an antiseptic which relieves sore gums.
