How Cinicare TC Tablet works Cinicare TC 6.25 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Telmisartan, Cilnidipine and Chlorthalidone. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Cinicare TC 6.25 Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Cinicare TC 6.25 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Driving

If a dose of Cinicare TC 6.25 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Cinicare TC 6.25 Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness or very dry mouth. Use of Cinicare TC 6.25 Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unsafe.
