In Blood clots Cardiwell Plus 75mg/40mg Tablet prevents blood from clotting inside the veins and arteries. This helps the blood flow freely around your body thereby preventing a heart attack or stroke (or deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism). It helps prevent the formation of blood clots and also prevents the existing ones from growing bigger in size. Take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes (such as eating healthy and staying active) to maximize the effectiveness of this medicine. Keep taking it even if you feel well.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Cardiwell Plus 75mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of two antiplatelet medicines: Aspirin and Dipyridamole which prevent stroke following an initial first stroke (transient ischaemic attack). It works by preventing platelets from sticking together which decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Cardiwell Plus 75mg/40mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Cardiwell Plus 75mg/40mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Not Safe: Cardiwell Plus 75mg/40mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

If a dose of Cardiwell Plus 75mg/40mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
