In Apnea of prematurity In a premature baby, the part of the brain that controls breathing is not mature enough for nonstop breathing. This causes large bursts of breath followed by periods of shallow breathing or stopped breathing. This is called apnea or breathing trouble of prematurity. Cafneon 40mg Injection helps to stimulate those areas of the brain that control breathing and normalise it. It is given as an injection by a doctor or nurse.

How it works
Cafneon 40mg Injection is a stimulant. This reduces the number of episodes of interrupted breathing and helps the newborns breathe on their own.
