In Hypertension (high blood pressure) Adelphane Esidrex Tablet relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body. It also eliminates excess water from the body and increases urine output. This lowers your blood pressure and reduces your risk of having a stroke, a heart attack, or kidney problems in the future. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. You should take it regularly as prescribed for this medicine to be most effective, even if you feel better.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Adelphane Esidrex Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Adelphane Esidrex Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Reserpine, Dihydralazine and Hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Reserpine is a biogenic amine depletor and Dihydralazine is a potassium channel opener. They work by relaxing blood vessels which allows more blood and oxygen to reach the heart and other organs. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Adelphane Esidrex Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Not Safe: Adelphane Esidrex Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Caution Advised: Adelphane Esidrex Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Adelphane Esidrex Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Adelphane Esidrex Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

If a dose of Adelphane Esidrex Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
