Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that prevents growth of bacteria by inhibiting certain enzymes (DNA gyrase) involved in their reproduction. Terbinafine kills the fungi by destroying their cell membrane. Tinidazole kills microbes by entering their cells and generating harmful molecules that damage germ's DNA (Protozoans & bacteria) & hence kills them.
