In Glaucoma ACETA 250MG TABLET SR belongs to a group of medicines called carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. It helps reduce pressure in your eyes that can lead to an illness called glaucoma. If the pressure in your eye is too high, it can damage your sight. Take it regularly as prescribed by your doctor. If you stop taking it, the pressure in your eye will not be controlled. This could lead to a loss of sight.
Side Effects
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
How to use
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. ACETA 250MG TABLET SR can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
ACETA 250MG TABLET SR is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. It works in glaucoma by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
