- You have been prescribed Framycetin for the treatment of skin wounds, burns, and other skin bacterial infections.
- It should be applied to the affected areas two to three times daily, or as advised by your doctor.
- Do not use it more frequently or for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.
- Treatment should continue for at least two days after the condition has resolved.
- Take care to avoid contact with your nose or mouth.
- Do not cover the treated area with airtight dressings, such as bandages, unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects.
- It may cause temporary burning, itching, or redness at the application site.
- Consult your doctor if you experience a more severe reaction.
