How it works

Prealdonil 150mg/75mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Epalrestat and Pregabalin which treat neuropathic pain. Epalrestat is an aldose reductase inhibitor. It blocks the accumulation of sorbitol in cells, which causes diabetic nerve disease. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.Prealdonil 150mg/75mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Epalrestat and Pregabalin which treat neuropathic pain.
