It also relieves painful, or frequent urination and reduces urgency to urinate that may occur with some infections of the urinary tract. This way it helps manage the overactive bladder symptoms efficiently.

How to use Mirasmart S Tablet ERFollow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mirasmart S 50 Tablet ER can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Mirasmart S Tablet ER works Mirasmart S 50 Tablet ER is a combination of two medicines: Mirabegron and Solifenacin. Mirabegron is a beta 3-receptor agonist. It works by activating the receptor in the bladder, causing the bladder muscles to relax. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. It also works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder. In this way, it works to prevent frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urge of urination.
