Mirabegron and solifenacin are used in the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms.

How it Works

How Mirabegron and Solifenacin work Mirabegron and Solifenacin is a combination of two medications: Mirabegron and Solifenacin. Mirabegron is a beta-3 receptor agonist that activates receptors in the bladder, leading to relaxation of the bladder muscles. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic that also relaxes the muscles of the urinary bladder. Together, they help prevent frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urges to urinate.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Mirabegron and Solifenacin include high blood pressure, nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the throat and nasal passages), urinary tract infection, headache, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, dry eyes, and urinary retention.
