Dolide 50mg Tablet DT should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dolide 50mg Tablet DT may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Dolide 50mg Tablet DT is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Stay calm. Unless your doctor has prescribed a specific regimen for your child, you can give the missed dose if it's within 12 hours of the scheduled time. However, if the next dose is approaching, avoid giving a double dose and stick to the prescribed dosing schedule.
