Caution Advised: Metacin 250mg Suppository should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Metacin 250mg Suppository may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, Metacin 250mg Suppository contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for children with kidney disease.
