How Zomnia Tablet works Zomnia 10mg Tablet is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger (GABA) which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
Not Safe: Consuming alcohol with Zomnia 10mg Tablet may lead to excessive drowsiness.
Zomnia 10mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Zomnia 10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Zomnia 10mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.As Zomnia 10mg Tablet may cause side effects such as reduced alertness, confusion, tiredness, dizziness, poor muscle coordination and this may affect your ability to drive.
Zomnia 10mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Zomnia 10mg Tablet is recommended.However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Zomnia 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Zomnia 10mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Zomnia 10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Zomnia 10mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
