How to use Zoly Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zoly 0.5mg/10mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Zoly Tablet works Zoly 0.5mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Flupenthixol and Nortriptyline which have anxiety-lowering and mood-elevating effects. Flupenthixol is a typical antipsychotic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger in the brain that affects thoughts and mood. Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant which increases the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in regulating the mood and treat depression.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Zoly 0.5mg/10mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Zoly 0.5mg/10mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Zoly 0.5mg/10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Doctor consultation is advised.Inform your doctor if you develop any signs and symptoms of jaundice while taking this medicine. Use of Zoly 0.5mg/10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
If a dose of Zoly 0.5mg/10mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
