In Severe acute pain Zach Tablet is a combination of medicines used to treat severe acute pain. It is effective in relieving pain caused by menstrual cramps, arthritis, headache, and muscle aches. It blocks certain chemicals that cause pain. By reducing pain, it helps you manage your daily activities without much constraint.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zach Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Zach Tablet is a combination of three medicines: paracetamol, thiocolchicoside and tramadol which relieves pain and relax the muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles. Tramadol is an opioid pain reliever which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
