Take enough rest.Take warm food and fluid only. Ensure adequate fluid intake.Advise hygiene measures to reduce spread: frequent hand-washing, avoiding sharing towels, pillowcase, etc. Call your doctor if your symptoms have not improved within seven days of treatment.
