It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain and swelling. Trams AP 100mg/325mg/50mg Tablet also reduces fever associated with various painful conditions within 1-2 hour of taking a dose.

Trams AP 100mg/325mg/50mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Tramadol. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain.
