How to use Topgain Liquid Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Topgain Liquid can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Topgain Liquid works Topgain Liquid belongs to the class of medicine known as potassium channel openers. It is an antihypertensive peripheral vasodilator. It works by opening adenosine triphosphate-sensitive potassium channels in vascular smooth muscle cells. This helps to dilate the arteries (blood vessels) to increase the blood flow and to decrease the blood pressure.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Topgain Liquid as it is deemed unsafe.
Topgain Liquid may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Topgain Liquid is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Topgain Liquid may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Topgain Liquid should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Topgain Liquid may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for better dose adjustment.
There is limited information available on the use of Topgain Liquid in patients with liver disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Topgain Liquid is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
